Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream Review

Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream is one of the best things Etude House has made and we sensitive skin should be very thankful. It might look bland to some of the people but if you have sensitive skin or just an episode of bad skin irritation or ripped off your skin barrier, this cream is for you. Since there isn’t much to talk about I will keep this review short and simple, just like the product.

Skin Type:

Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream is best suited for dry and sensitive skin for all season.

  • Normal and Combination skin can use it during dry summer and winter.
  • Oily skin use it in peak winter only.

Ingredients List and CosDNA Analysis:

Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream ingredients

The cream is packed with emollients and the two-star ingredients in my opinion are:

  • The Madecassoside is a Centella Asiatica bio-active derivative and it helps in calming and healing of the skin.
  • The sunflower seed oil is rich in fatty acids and has a skin moisturising, calming, and skin healing properties.

Like if one has an issue with this simple, clean, and effective ingredients list, then you better just stick to using water alone for your face. Click here for COSDNA ANALYSIS.

Consistency/ Texture / fragrance / Absorbability:

Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream has a rich lotion-like consistency but is very nourishing and moisturising in nature. It is 100% fragrance-free and due to the rich texture, it takes an extra few secs to sink in completely.

This cream has been a saviour during this year’s (2020) skin damage situation. My skin was damaged to a point that even water would sting on the skin and every product that I used on skin seemed to be reacting, I must confess that along with my skin even I was in a panic situation. I actually tried a deluxe sample of this cream and loved it so much that I ended up ordering the full size and thankfully my YesStyle package to my big surprise reached me in just a week’s time. How? Usually, it takes 15-20 days.
